Perhaps a whole sky, like the one that Gabriele and Matteo scrutinized as children, challenging themselves to be the first to see the trail of a shooting star and shout with joy, interrupting the chirping of crickets that accompanied the flight of fireflies in the night on the hills around San Gimignano.
And they are still today that Gabriele and Matteo have grown up, managing to fulfill their dream of owning those twenty hectares, to grow a lush vineyard where Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet and Alegante Bushe give their best to transform into an organic Chianti D.O.C.G. wine. and I.G.T. of spectacular quality.
So many that Gabriele and Matteo managed to create a spectacular cellar without sacrificing the beautiful olive grove made up of three thousand tall, centuries-old trees which every year produce an oil of the highest quality.
To the point that the cattle and sheep raised by the two Mannino brothers can graze happily without space limitations on the gentle slopes of the Tuscan countryside, under that same sky that two children explored with their gaze years ago, weaving it with dreams yet to be realized.
But the heart of Gabriele and Matteo, who together with the entire Mannino family take care of every little patch of land with love, is much larger than twenty hectares.
It is as big as the sky crossed by all those nameless stars that still today fill the eyes of those who, with sacrifice and enthusiasm, manage to create great things from small things.
